Ukrainian military forces successfully repelled an attack by occupiers in Novomykhailivka, destroying 12 units of armored vehicles within one day. This was reported in a video released by the 79th Separate Airmobile Brigade.
Enemy attack repelled by 79th Separate Airmobile Brigade
«The enemy continues to test the strength of the defense of the paratroopers of the 79th Tavria Airmobile Assault Brigade, who are holding back its advancement in the area near the settlement of Novomykhailivka. Yesterday, the enemy simultaneously attacked the positions of the maroon berets from Mykolaiv from several directions, involving a significant amount of armored vehicles to support their infantry,» the 79th Separate Airmobile Brigade stated.
12 units of armored vehicles destroyed
It is noted that the enemy’s assault actions began in the morning and lasted throughout the day. However, the paratroopers repelled all attacks, destroying 12 units of armored vehicles, including four tanks.
