The use of Western weapons to strike at Russia was not utilized

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on the Situation with Russia:

President Zelensky recently stated that Ukraine has never utilized Western weaponry to attack Russia. However, negotiations are ongoing with partners to potentially acquire this capability. In a recent interview with Reuters, Zelensky mentioned that the Russians must cease their offensive actions in the Kharkiv region and have begun to claim that Kharkiv is not their intended target. Ukraine, lacking long-range weaponry like Russia, has refrained from utilizing such weapons against Russian territory. Zelensky expressed that discussions are underway with partners regarding the potential usage of these weapons against Russian military equipment concentrations at the border. Yet, thus far, no progress has been made in this regard.
