Car Theft in Kirillovka
In just half an hour in the resort town of Kirillovka in the Melitopol district, an unidentified person committed a theft from a car that was temporarily parked in one of the districts. The owner stated that after a short absence, he found his vehicle with a damaged window and a loss of personal belongings and money, the total value of which exceeded 10,000 hryvnias.
Police Investigation Leads to Recovery
Later, the victim turned to the police for help, who promptly began an investigation. Thanks to the operational measures of law enforcement officers, the criminal was identified as a 32-year-old local resident who had previously been convicted for similar crimes and counterfeiting. The stolen property was seized and returned to its rightful owner.
