New battles on the front: details from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

Since the beginning of the day on June 15, there have been already 31 military clashes on the front line, with the most intense ones taking place in the Pokrovsky, Kupyansky, and Kurakhivsky directions. A full report on the current situation was published by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at 10:00 in the morning.

Previous Day’s Events

According to the General Staff, the day before, there were 112 military clashes. On June 14, the enemy shelled the positions of Ukrainian troops and civilian settlements with 17 rockets, dropped 56 freight vehicles with ammunition, carried out over 3,000 shelling, including 104 with MLRS.

Ukrainian forces also struck against enemy forces. For example, according to the General Staff, the Air Force and artillery of the Defense Forces hit three air defense systems, a UAV control point, three artillery systems, two ammunition depots, and 15 military personnel and equipment concentrations of the occupying forces.

«In total, the Russian occupiers lost 1,090 personnel over the past day. The enemy also lost 20 tanks, 29 armored vehicles, 37 artillery systems, two MLRS, four air defense systems, 51 tactical UAVs, seven missiles, 57 vehicles, and 12 units of special equipment,» added the General Staff.

Current Events

Already today, there have been 31 military clashes. The occupiers carried out 12 air strikes using 19 rockets, conducted 547 shelling of our troops’ positions, and also used 18 kamikaze drones for attacks.

On the Kharkiv direction, the Russian occupiers tried three times to push back our soldiers from their positions. The attack near Tikhoe was repelled. The battle continues in two locations near Vovchansk.

There are currently five clashes on the Kupyansky direction. In the areas of the settlements of Petropavlivka, Andriivka, Hrekivka, and Nevskoe, the occupiers are trying to drive our units from their positions. The situation is under control.

On the Siversky direction, the enemy is attacking our soldiers near Rozdolivka. The battle continues, and the enemy has no success.

The most intense situation is on the Pokrovsky direction. By 10 o’clock, there have already been three military clashes in the areas of Novooleksandrivka, Yevhenivka, and Novoselivka Persha. Defense forces continue to actively defend positions, inflicting comprehensive damage.
