Man arrested for attempted theft in a clothing store
According to «Dnipro Operative», in January a 30-year-old man attempted to take merchandise from a clothing store without paying for it at the cash register. However, his plans were thwarted by indifferent passersby who detained him until the police arrived. The store manager called law enforcement, and the man was arrested. In early February, he was informed of suspicion under article 185 (theft) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, for which he faces up to 8 years in prison.
