Residents of Kyiv warned about regular inspection raids in parking lots
Residents of Kyiv have been warned about regular inspection raids in parking lots and explained what violations will lead to vehicles being towed, as reported in the Telegram channel of the Kyiv City State Administration.
It is noted that parking inspectors from the Department of Territorial Control of the city of Kyiv conduct daily road inspections for violations of parking rules for vehicles.
«Special attention is paid to locations with bike lanes and bicycle lanes, as it is about the safety of cyclists,» noted the Kyiv City State Administration.
The city authorities reminded that violations of parking rules for a vehicle may result in a fine and temporary impoundment of the vehicle (in accordance with article 265-4 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses).
«The city urges drivers to comply with the requirements of the law and traffic rules. In case of violation, vehicles parked on bike lanes will be towed,» the message reads.
