The ongoing reconstruction project at 14 Miru Street
The reconstruction of the building at 14 Miru Street in the Zaporizhzhia region is currently underway after damages caused by Russian shelling. The project includes repairing the damaged structures and a comprehensive energy-efficient modernization to increase resident comfort and reduce heating costs.
Reinforcement of the supporting structures of the 3rd and 4th entrances has been completed, external walls have been insulated, and new balcony frames installed. Engineering networks have been restored, and modern interior decoration of apartments has been carried out.
Currently, facade insulation works are ongoing, including insulating the basement part of the building. Mineral wool is being used for general insulation of external walls to boost energy efficiency.
Update on the reconstruction of Sobornyi Avenue, 151
The reconstruction of the building on Sobornyi Avenue, 151, is in its final stages. A new entrance has been built and is ready for occupancy after obtaining all necessary documents for commissioning.
