In the village of Okni in the Odessa region, repair of the roof of the Topalov Gymnasium elementary school will begin for an amount of 1.4 million hryvnias.
According to information from the «Prozorro» portal, the tender for the work, which is to be completed by May 31, was conducted in early April, reports the correspondent of «Dumskaya».
Only one company participated in the tender — LLC «PAN UKRAIN BUILDING», which was declared the winner.
The company agreed to carry out the repair of the educational institution’s roof for an amount of 1,431,038 hryvnias.
According to data from the Youcontrol service, LLC «PAN UKRAIN BUILDING» was registered in Odessa in May 2022. The director is Oleh Buryanin, the ultimate beneficiary is Yevhen Bachyn.
