Man Arrested for Inflicting Serious Bodily Harm in Kozelshchyna
This morning, the police in Kanev detained a man suspected of causing serious bodily harm to another resident of the city.
The incident occurred on Heroes of the Dnieper Street. A 36-year-old resident of Kanev with stab wounds to the abdomen and neck was hospitalized at the Kanev hospital.
It was discovered that a conflict erupted between the men, resulting in the 45-year-old resident of the city inflicting stab wounds on the victim.
The detainee has been charged under Part 1 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional infliction of serious bodily harm). The court decided to remand him in custody as a preventive measure.
The investigation is ongoing.
