State Savings Bank of Ukraine Announces Sale of 60 Hectares of Land
State Savings Bank of Ukraine has announced the sale of three land plots with a total area of 60 hectares. The purchased plots are designated for the construction of main, auxiliary, and ancillary buildings and structures in various industrial sectors.
Location and Details of the Plots
The plots are situated in the village of Molodizhne, the former Ovidiopol district of the Odessa region. The areas of the plots are 41.3 hectares, 14.5 hectares, and 4.2 hectares, with an initial value of 150,303,000 hryvnias.
Auction Details
The land sale will be conducted through a three-round English auction, with closed price proposals submitted by participants. The auction will commence upon registration of at least two participants, with the system automatically ranking their proposals. A similar auction was held in July 2023 for a 7.7-hectare plot in the Southern region of Odessa.
Land Market Reform Statistics
Since the land market reform on July 1, 2021, significant land sales have taken place in various regions, including 23,358.7 hectares in Odessa, 26,820.1 hectares in Kherson, and 18,822 hectares in Mykolaiv. Poltava region leads in popularity with 60,360 hectares sold, with an average price of 42.8 thousand hryvnias per hectare.
