Prior to his visit to the NATO summit in Washington, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of cooperation in countering new challenges such as cyber attacks and conflicts in space. Kishida also expressed outrage at the possible role of some countries supplying Russia with dual-use goods that could be used for aggression against Ukraine.
