The Borispol court convicts three residents of Kyiv region for intentional murder
The Borispol court has found three residents of the Kyiv region guilty of committing intentional murder. The incident occurred in March 2023 in one of the villages of the Borispol district.
During the consumption of alcohol, a conflict arose between one of the convicted individuals and the victim, as a result of which the victim was struck several times with an axe on the head, causing him to lose consciousness. After that, the men tied the victim’s hands and feet with wire, placed him in a cart, and drove him to a lake, where they threw him into the water. The court established that the death occurred from drowning.
Two of the individuals were sentenced to 10 years in prison, while the third received 11 years.
