Police detain man for instigating fight in Kiev cafe
Police in Kiev have detained a man who instigated a fight in a cafe in the city center on the evening of June 23. According to law enforcement officials, a 24-year-old man, who was in a state of intoxication, started insulting other cafe visitors and provoked a conflict. The police took him to the Pechersk police station.
The man has been held accountable under Article 173 of the Ukrainian Code of Administrative Offenses — petty hooliganism. According to the article, he faces up to 15 days of administrative arrest.
