Experts from the Legal Goncharenko Center discussed how to submit reports in the army and what to do if no response is received.

According to the experts, reports can be submitted directly to the supervisor or higher command, following the templates and requirements for their submission. If a response is not received from the immediate supervisor, it is advisable to contact the higher-level management with an explanation of the situation.

Regarding the processing times for reports: they should be resolved within 15 days, but may take up to 45 days. There is an option to request expedited processing.

A response to the report must be provided in writing, even in case of refusal, stating the reasons and information about appealing the decision.

More information about the reporting procedure and sample reports can be found on the website of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and other legal resources.
