According to information provided by the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a man in Kamyanske has been raping his roommate’s daughter for a year. The crime occurred when the girl was only 11 years old.
Following the investigation, the man was arrested and charged under Article 152, Part 4 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — «Rape of a minor». The convicted man pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 12 years in prison. Until the sentence comes into legal force, he remains in custody. He has also been added to the Register of persons convicted of crimes against sexual freedom and sexual integrity of minors.
