Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte Visit Kharkiv
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, together with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, visited Kharkiv, where they inspected buildings damaged by shelling from Russian forces and honored the memory of children who died due to Russia’s aggression.
«Since the beginning of the full-scale Russian invasion, over 20,000 buildings have been destroyed in Kharkiv. Schools, universities, residential buildings, kindergartens, and churches. The city has been ravaged by Russian shelling, but it remains unbroken. We are working with partners to provide more protection for the people, the city, and the region,» emphasized Zelensky.
In addition, Zelensky and Rutte visited Ukrainian defenders undergoing treatment in Kharkiv after being wounded, and they also visited a metro school where 858 students from 40 classes are studying.
