Significant Improvements Coming to Odessa Buildings with Overhaul of 12 Elevators
Odessa residents may soon notice significant improvements in their buildings: the local authorities plan to spend over 19 million hryvnias on the overhaul of 12 elevators.
Itzhak Rabin Street Elevator Repair
According to Prozorro system data, the most funds will go towards the elevator repair in the building at 4 Itzhak Rabin Street. Here, it is planned to spend 1 million 659 thousand hryvnias, and the work is expected to be completed by the end of the year. The only participant in the tender was LLC «Stal Maid».
Academician Glushko Avenue Elevator Overhaul
For the overhaul of the elevator in the building at 2 Academician Glushko Avenue, the city will allocate 2 million 290 thousand hryvnias. The auction for these works is scheduled for May 1, and they must be completed by the end of the year.
Heavenly Hundred Avenue Lift Modernization
The modernization of the lift in the building at 14/2 Heavenly Hundred Avenue will cost over 1 million 686 thousand hryvnias. The tender was announced on April 17, and the auction will take place on May 2.
Crimean Street and Lustdorf Road Elevator Repairs
Furthermore, for the repair of two lifts in the building at 64 Crimean Street, the authorities are ready to pay 2 million 566 thousand hryvnias. The same amount was estimated for the works in the building at 88 Lustdorf Road.
