UN Report: Ukraine’s Population Expected to Drop to 15.3 Million by 2100

According to the UN report «World Population Prospects 2024», a significant reduction in Ukraine’s population to 15.3 million people is projected by the year 2100. At the beginning of 2024, the country had about 37 million people.

World Population to Decrease to 10.2 Billion by 2100

The UN also predicts that by 2100, the world’s population will decrease to 10.2 billion, despite reaching a peak level of 10.3 billion in 2084. It is expected that life expectancy will increase, reaching 81.7 years by the end of the century, with men living on average close to 80 years and women having a life expectancy of around 84 years.
