Return of land plots worth millions of hryvnias: a victory of the Dnipropetrovsk Prosecutor’s Office

Prosecutors of the Right-Bank Prosecutor’s Office in the city of Dnipro

have executed the decision of the Economic Court of Dnipropetrovsk region to return land plots worth 235 million UAH to the communal property of Sviatovasylivska united territorial community. This information was made public by the press service of the Dnipropetrovsk region prosecutor’s office, noting that the court granted the prosecutor’s claim due to non-payment of rent for 30 hectares of agricultural land.
