The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has created an open online register of companies that have engaged in coordinated anticompetitive practices during trade, auctions, contests, and tenders. Previously, this register was only published in Excel format, which users had to download from the AMCU website, making access to information more complicated.
«The availability of such data is extremely important. In order to ensure maximum transparency of information about violators, the committee has developed and launched a test version of the state register,» the statement from the AMCU said.
The new register, available at reyestr.amcu.gov.ua, allows users to quickly obtain information about participants in trades who have violated legislation on the protection of economic competition. The register allows users to make search queries, filter data by various criteria, and generate relevant extracts.
